各位中国政府奖学金生/Dear Chinese Government Scholarship Students:
根据相关要求，学校将开展中国政府奖学金生年度评审工作。下一学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生，必须参加奖学金年度评审，无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。现将本年度中国政府奖学金年度评审工作有关事项通知如下：
In accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of the annual evaluation method for the Chinese Government Scholarships, Chinese Government Scholarship students must go through a comprehensive review to determine whether they are qualified to continue receiving the scholarship.
一、评审对象/Review Candidates
（一）下一学年拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生；
CSC students who continue to study in SMU in the next academic year.
（二）无法按原计划毕业，拟申请延期的博士研究生；
CSC doctoral students who should graduate in July 2022 as planned, but will plan to apply for study extension and meet the extension requirements;
（三）上一年度评审不合格被中止奖学金资格的学生。
CSC students who were ranked as “Unqualified” in the last annual review and whose scholarship has been suspended.
注：当前处于休学状态可不参评。
Those who have been in the suspension of schooling may not participant in the review
二、评审内容/Review Content
评审内容包括奖学金生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现。最终的评审结果为合格和不合格。评审合格的学生，将在下一学年度继续享受奖学金资格。评审不合格的学生的奖学金资格将会被中止或者取消。
The annual review will be conducted based on the moral behaviour , academic performance, learning or research attitude and extracurricular performances ..The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified for Chinese government scholarships, the State Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel their scholarships.
三、评审流程/Review Procedures
(一）5 月 7 日前学生登录网站完成自评/Students Self-evaluation（学生在自我评估前须在网站内完成问卷）。
Chinese government scholarship students, before 17: 00 (Beijing time) on May 7, 2022, log in the information system studyinchina.csc.edu.cn through CSC number and enter the "annual self-evaluation of scholarship". Fill in the "Chinese government scholarship evaluation questionnaire", complete the self-evaluation information and upload additional materials, and then click submit.
Note: If the password is forgotten, student can retrieve the password from the mailbox which is bound to the CSC id account. If the students cannot retrieve the password, send an email to the email address yqzheng@shmtu.edu.cn)
（二）5 月 8 日-5 月 11 日导师/辅导员评价/Supervisors and counselors review
After receiving the email containing the login link, temporary user name and password, supervisors or counselors will make quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation based on the students' performance in the past year or semester before 17:00 on May 11th, 2022
（三）5 月 14 日-5 月 18 日学校评审/Review by School
SMU ScholarshipCommittee will complete the review based on the student’s self-evaluation and tutors andcounselors’ review, and report the annual review report to CSC before May 18th, 2022.
（四）8月底前公布评审结果/Release the review results
International Education College (International Students Office) will release the review results before Aug 30.
