On Mar. 25th, a work meeting on international students management was held in International Education College (IEC), attended by Dean and responsible teacher of IEC，Chief of Security and Safeguard Department, secretary of foreign affairs of relevant colleges, teachers of International Student Affairs Office.
Firstly, Prof. Wei Ruan, Dean of IEC, summarized the work of last term and the past month. Then, he conveyed the new requirements by Shanghai Education Commission (SEC) on international student management and made suggestion for implementation of work in the next phase. He expected hopes that our shared efforts would improve students’ attendance and other related work.
Tang Jianxin, Chief of Security and Safeguard Department, elaborated on the existing problems and potential risks in routine work and put forward instructional suggestions.
Responsible teacher of IEC explained the details of relevant documents issued by SEC.
