International students who receive Chinese Government Scholarship & Shanghai Government Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the scholarship students) who have studied in China for more than one year should go through Annual Review (scholarship students list please refer to the attachment). Hence, in accordance with the relevant regulations on the management of Chinese Government Scholarship, comprehensive assessment system will go through to decide whether students are qualified to continue enjoying or to renew the scholarship.
Procedure
1. Scholarship students should download “Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status” and “Form for Annual Review of Shanghai Government Scholarship Status” from 锚点IEC website, and submit to the responsible teacher of each college before April 17, 2014 (please refer to the list below).
2. Each college finishes the comprehensive assessment according to the academic performance and comprehensive performance in the first column of the second page, and submits to International Education College (International Students Office) before April 23, 2014.
3. International Education College (International Students Office) will report the result according to the comprehensive assessment given by review committee organized by IEC.
4. International Education College (International Students Office) will release the review results in June or July on IEC website.
