Jingyao Song

Jingyao Song holds a Master’s and Ph.D. degree from the School of Chinese as a Second Language at Peking University. Since 2016, she has been working at Shanghai Maritime University, where she currently serves as a lecturer and master's supervisor at the International Education College.
Jingyao Song teaches a range of courses including "College Chinese", "Chinese Literature", "Fundamentals of Chinese Language", "Teaching Chinese as a Second Language", "Chinese Language Elements Teaching", "Cases of Chinese Classroom Teaching Abroad","College English, English Reading", "Comparison of Chinese and Western Cultures", "History of Western Civilization, and "Introduction to Classic Classical Poetry to undergraduate and graduate students".
Her research focuses on modern Chinese grammar, international Chinese education, and other fields in shipping and maritime. She has completed one national-level project, two provincial and ministerial level projects, and has authored over ten academic papers, two academic works and two translated works.
